CruiseMap products are made to order exclusively based on your individual specifications (e.g. route, travel dates, names, and design options). Therefore, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as they are goods that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal requirements.

Exchanges or returns are excluded unless there is a production error or a defect in the goods.

In case of damage or quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@cruisemap.de — we will provide a prompt solution.
